Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using LOOQRZ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Service Description

LOOQRZ is a platform that connects Members with friendly video chat partners called "Looqrs" for quality, wholesome conversations. Our service provides:

9-minute friendly video chat sessions for $12.99
Safe, monitored environment for quality conversations
Age-verified platform (18+ only)
Friendship-based interactions between Members and Looqrs

Prohibited Conduct

LOOQRZ maintains a strict family-friendly environment. The following behaviors are absolutely prohibited:

Nudity or Sexual Content: Any form of nudity, sexual conduct, or lewd behavior is strictly forbidden
Inappropriate Language: Sexually explicit language or inappropriate comments are not allowed
Violence: Threats, violent behavior, or discussion of violence is prohibited
Hate Speech: Discriminatory language based on race, religion, gender, or other characteristics
Illegal Substances: Discussion or display of illegal drugs or substances
Harassment: Any form of harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior toward other users

Important: Although video sessions are never recorded, our platform uses advanced detection technology to monitor for inappropriate conduct, especially to protect minors and maintain a safe environment.

Age Verification

All users must be 18 years of age or older. By using LOOQRZ, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Looqrs must complete identity verification to ensure platform safety.

Payment Terms

Each video chat session costs $12.99 for 9 minutes
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Looqrs earn $11.00 per session with weekly payouts every Tuesday
No Refunds: All sales are final. LOOQRZ does not provide refunds for completed sessions
Sessions may be extended for an additional $12.99 if both parties agree

Privacy and Safety

Video sessions are never recorded or stored
Personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy
Automated monitoring systems detect inappropriate behavior
Users can report violations immediately
Accounts engaging in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned

Account Termination

LOOQRZ reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms, particularly for inappropriate conduct, nudity, or any behavior that compromises platform safety.
